At golaunch24, we stand behind the quality of our work and believe in being completely transparent about our refund policy before you commit to anything. 1. Our Commitment To You
golaunch24 operates on a speculative build model — meaning we build your complete website before you pay a single dollar. You see a real, live, finished website on a real domain before making any financial commitment.

This means by the time you make any payment, you have already: Reviewed your completed website. Had the opportunity to request changes. Made an informed decision to proceed. We believe this is the fairest way to do business — you never pay for something you haven't already seen and approved.

2. One-Time Setup Fee — $497
Refund eligibility: Non-refundable once paid
The $497 setup fee is charged only after you have reviewed and approved your completed website. Because the work has already been fully completed and delivered before this payment is made, the setup fee is non-refundable once paid.

The only exception:
If golaunch24 fails to deliver a completed website within a reasonable, agreed-upon timeframe and you have not yet been charged the setup fee, no charge will be made, and no refund is required.

3. Monthly Plans — $99/month or $278/month

Refund eligibility: Non-refundable
Monthly plan payments are non-refundable under the following conditions: No partial month refunds are provided under any circumstances. If you cancel mid-cycle, your website remains live, and your service continues until the end of your paid billing period. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice sent to hello@golaunch24.com

Service interruption exception:
If golaunch24 experiences a technical failure that renders your website completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours through no fault of your own, we will apply a pro-rata credit to your next billing cycle equal to the number of days your site was inaccessible.

4. Annual Plans — $948/year or $2,772/year
Refund eligibility: 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Annual plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of your first annual payment.

Within 30 days:
If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your website or our service within the first 30 days of your annual plan, you may request a full refund minus any costs already incurred, including: Domain registration fees
Third-party software or hosting fees. Any content already delivered. To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact us at hello@golaunch24.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST, and we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After 30 days:
Annual plan payments are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period. Your service will continue for the full 12-month period you have paid for.

5. Content Packages — $179, $299 or $499/month

Refund eligibility: Non-refundable once content is delivered

Content package payments follow these guidelines:
If that month's content has already been delivered to you, the payment is non-refundable

If the content has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@golaunch24.com, and we will discuss your options

- Content packages require a 30-day written notice to cancel going forward
Partial-month refunds are not available for content packages

6. What Happens When You Cancel
Upon cancellation of any plan, the following applies:
Your website: Remains fully live and accessible until the end of your paid billing period. Goes offline at the end of your paid period. Will not be automatically renewed or charged after cancellation is confirmed. Your domain will be released at the end of your paid period. Can be transferred to any domain registrar of your choice at no cost to you. Transfer instructions will be provided upon request

Your content: A full export of your website content, including all pages and images, will be provided within 14 days of cancellation upon written request. All social media content already delivered as part of a content package remains yours to use freely

Your data: Your personal and business data will be retained for the period required by Canadian law, then securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting hello@golaunch24.com

7. How To Request a Refund
To request a refund that falls within the eligible periods outlined in this policy, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact us by email
Send your refund request to hello@golaunch24.com with the subject line:

REFUND REQUEST — [Your Business Name]

Step 2 — Include the following information
Your full name and business name
The email address associated with your account
The plan or service you are requesting a refund for
The date of your original payment
A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund

Step 3 — Our response
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5 business days.

Step 4 — Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at hello@golaunch24.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and professionally through direct communication. Filing a chargeback for a payment that falls outside the refund eligibility criteria outlined in this policy may result in suspension of your service and may affect your ability to use golaunch24 services in the future.

9. Changes To This Policy
golaunch24 reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Existing clients will be notified of any material changes to this policy by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
