Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using golaunch24.com or engaging our services. By booking a discovery call, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About golaunch24
golaunch24 is a web design and content services agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We provide professional website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and optional monthly content creation services to local businesses.

2. Our Services. 2.1 Website Design and Development
golaunch24 builds professional websites for local businesses using our speculative build model. This means we research your business, write your copy, and build your complete website before you make any payment. You review the finished site and only pay if you love it.

2.2 Website Hosting and Maintenance
All websites built by golaunch24 are hosted on our infrastructure. Your monthly or annual plan covers hosting, maintenance, security, and ongoing support for the duration of your active subscription.

2.3 Monthly Updates
All plans include monthly website updates. Updates are defined as reasonable changes to existing content — text edits, image swaps, contact detail changes, and minor layout adjustments. Significant redesigns or additional pages are quoted separately.

2.4 Content Packages (Optional Add-On)
Monthly content packages are available as an optional add-on to any website plan. Content packages include social media posts, captions, graphics, and content calendars as specified in the chosen package tier. Content is delivered monthly via Google Drive or email.

3. The Speculative Build Model
golaunch24 operates on a unique speculative build model: We build your complete website before requesting any payment. You receive a live link to review your finished website on a real domain. You are under no obligation to proceed or pay at this stage. If you love your website, you choose a plan, and we go live. If you do not love your website, you walk away — no invoice, no follow-up pressure, no hard feelings. By making payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the delivered website

4. Pricing and Payment Terms. 4.1 One-Time Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee of $497 CAD is charged upon agreement to proceed with a monthly plan. This fee covers custom design, copywriting, build, domain setup, and full launch. The setup fee is charged once and never again for the life of your account.

4.2 Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month via Stripe. Your first payment begins your service immediately.

Website Only: $99 CAD per month plus $497 setup fee
Website Plus Content: $278 CAD per month plus $497 setup fee

4.3 Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. The setup fee is completely waived on all annual plans.
Website Only Annual: $948 CAD per year ($79/month equivalent)
Website Plus Content Annual: $2,772 CAD per year ($231/month equivalent)

4.4 Content Package Billing
Content packages are billed monthly as an add-on to your existing website plan. Content package charges appear on the same billing date as your website plan.

4.5 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise golaunch24 to charge your nominated payment method for the agreed amounts on the agreed schedule. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4.6 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected after two attempts, your service may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy. 5.1 Monthly Plan Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@golaunch24.com. Your service will continue, and your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period. No partial month refunds are provided.

5.2 Annual Plan Cancellation
Annual plans may be cancelled within 30 days of your initial payment for a full refund minus any costs already incurred, including domain registration and third-party fees. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Your service will continue for the full 12-month period.

5.3 Content Package Cancellation
Content packages may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Content package payments are non-refundable once that month's content has been delivered to you.

5.4 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your plan:
Your website will remain live until the end of your paid period. Your website will go offline at the end of your paid period. Your domain will be released, and you may transfer it to any registrar at no cost. A full export of your website content will be provided within 14 days upon written request. Any outstanding content deliverables will be completed for the current billing period

6. Refund Policy
6.1 Setup Fee
The $497 setup fee is non-refundable once paid. Because you review and approve your completed website before making any payment, this fee reflects work already completed and delivered.

6.2 Monthly Payments
Monthly plan payments are non-refundable. No partial month refunds are provided under any circumstances.

6.3 Annual Payments
Annual payments include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from your first payment date. If you are genuinely unsatisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at hello@golaunch24.com, and we will process a refund minus any costs already incurred.

6.4 Content Packages
Content package payments are non-refundable once the month's content has been delivered. If content has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel, contact us immediately. 6.5 Service Interruptions
If golaunch24 experiences a technical failure that renders your website inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will provide a pro-rata credit on your next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property. 7.1 Your Content
All content, images, logos, trademarks, and materials you provide to golaunch24 remain your intellectual property. By providing them, you grant golaunch24 a licence to use them solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website and content packages.

7.2 Website Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, golaunch24 grants you a non-exclusive licence to use your website for the duration of your active plan. Upon cancellation, this licence ends, and the website will be taken offline. Your data will be exported and sent to you within 14 days.

7.3 Content Package Ownership
All social media posts, graphics, captions, and content calendar materials delivered as part of a content package become your property upon delivery and payment. You may use them freely across your social media platforms.

7.4 golaunch24 Tools and Systems
Our internal systems, build processes, templates, design frameworks, and production workflows remain the intellectual property of golaunch24 at all times and are not transferred to clients.

7.5 Portfolio Rights
golaunch24 reserves the right to display completed client websites in our portfolio and use them as examples of our work in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information about your business. Respond to requests for content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Ensure that any content, images, or materials you provide do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Keep your payment details current and valid. Use golaunch24 services only for lawful purposes. Do not use your golaunch24-hosted website to distribute spam, malware, or any illegal content

9. Content Package Responsibilities
If you have subscribed to a content package, you agree to: Provide your brand voice guide, key business information, and any specific requirements within 5 business days of your first content package payment. Review and request revisions to content within 5 business days of delivery. Understand that content is created based on the information you provide — accuracy of business-specific claims is your responsibility

10. Results Disclaimer
golaunch24 makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue growth, lead generation results, increased website traffic, or search engine rankings. All examples, case studies, testimonials, and statistics shared on our website or in sales materials represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Your results will vary based on your industry, location, market conditions, competition, and other factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, golaunch24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to golaunch24 in the three months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless golaunch24 and its team members from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada. We encourage you to contact us first at hello@golaunch24.com to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms
golaunch24 reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your service with 30 days' written notice as outlined in Section 5.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and golaunch24 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
